Can anyone please tell when we send a request for a 2 way courier service, they send an email stating we need to provide some details in an .txt file stating few details. I have issues understanding what does those things mean. Like what is the tracking ID, are they referring to the passport or is it something else?
Second, what is Premium Lounge service ?
