Hello everyone one .. I need help I had a study visa + permit which expired when I was outside Canada
I applied for the new stuy visa BUT I got a 5 Y visit visa !
I reapplied and got a new student visa which will expire this July, and when I entered Canada I got my study permit which expires December2024
I will finsh school and hopefully graduate next May 2025.
QUESTIONS:
1- In case I did not extend my study permit can I still be in Canada to complete my study as I have valid vistor visa ? keep in mind that all remaining courses dose not required me to attend school-- ONLINE course
2- I have an urgent situation back home and I need to be there on November and back February 3rd 2025 - Can I enter Canada as a visitor and reapply from inside to get study permit? Or is it Okay to study the online course without student permit?
