2 times Study Visa Rejected From Pakistan. Fall Intake 2017. (deferred frm 2016)

I got admission in windsor University in Jul 15, 2016 and semester start date was Sep 9, 2016. I didn't have much time to gather documents of Father's businesses. I took help from Uncle and applied and I got rejected. I could understand the reasons first time. But 2nd Time I applied by preparing 100% documents. I applied on Feb 24, 2017 and got rejection March 7, 2017 . and the only reason they gave was "Purpose of Visit" My profile is stated below

Qualification: Bsc. Mechanical Engineering graduated in 2009.
Experience: 7 years (including Saudi Arabia and UAE). Living in Pak (Country of origin) since April 2016
Program: Masters in Engineering Management (Windsor Uni) (Admission deferred from Fall-2016 to Fall 2017)
IELTS : 7 Bands
Fee Submitted of first semester in aug 2016 , didnt withdraw as I was sure to make it
Reccomendation Letter from Manager
Statement : 4.2 Milliion PKR (52,000 CAD) on my own name
Father's business with evidence showing income more than 4.4 Million PKR
My own residential plot in pakistan showing country ties.

The only issue I see is Study gap, but it shouldn't be, as this program is for professionals mainly. I don't know what to do. I left my job, as there was no one to arrange all the documentation for me. I am literally dejected. Please help me out what I should do.

Your profile is good. How about SOP? Did you write a strong one emphasizing how this course will help you in your career? Why this university? Why not in your home country? Also did you explain the study gap? (Like, getting this degree will fetch you more opportunities in your profession, that is why you are leaving your job and going back to study)- If you touched these points, then I am clueless! Also get caips notes before reapplying. Your profile is strong. You should get through. Have patience.

Thanks for Your response. I was completely satisfied with my SOP, as I told them that in BS degree i got 72% in Engineering management subject. I am working in Project management for the last 7 years. This program truly supports my back ground as a professional. And Yes I explained that In my home I met few students and they were not learning enough as in my home country there is no practical experience being given to students unlike in Canada. and practical experience is more important rather than inculcating books only in management field. and besides my Manager's reference letter was attached stating that how this program will enhance my career opportunities.

Yes Thank you for letting me know. I will try to get CAIPS as there is still time. but I am truly in dark, how to convince Visa Officer.

Did you mention that you intend to come back to your home country after the degree and find a job there? Also, do you have any relative living in Canada?

Yes I will apply again after a while, as I do not have any other option at the moment. but how to convince them

Yes I did. I mentioned my residential Plot of worth 6 million PKR as ties to home country .. and I submitted affidavit of student declaration clearly saying that I will return back to my home country

and yes I mentioned I do not have any ties in Canada or anyother country but my hometown

I have a feeling that it might be a silly mistake (just a hunch, as you already took care of everything else). I know people got rejected just because they did not have bank logo in every page of account statement. Just wondering if you are a victim of something similar!

Add more to your surprise Sir, and my despair that I submitted Bank Statements on original Letter Heads from the Bank having signed on every page. I guess Visa Officer was just in the bad mood, but its our future that they dont realize.

Not necessary that you should link, but as far as the option is there to link and see the updates, u can do that.
