Hi every one,
My boyfriend and me applied for a study permit. We have the same background, same school history, same nationality and same visa office. Except the financial situation, he gave his mom work contract + her salary confirmation (2500$/ month) + her bank statement with 25000$ + 10000$ in his bank account.
For my first refuse, I gave a Bank statement with 50000$ of my parents + My bank account with 12000$ + a Family registrer of my house ( my parents gave me one of their houses). The refuse was after the 20th day on my application. Reasons are : Education history + Lack of document for financial proof + Proffessional background.
For my second refuse, I gave a Bank statement with 50000$ of my parents+ my bank account with 12000$ + my dad’s salary confirmation ( 2000$/ month) by the Minister of Air defense + my mom’s company register with 1000$ of salary per month + Proofs of buying 3 houses of my parents. Reasons are : Financial and real estate situation + Actual professional status + limited work perspectives in my native country + Propose of my visite

Our visa office is Paris in France, we are Vietnameses. We are accepted for a Bachelor in Management taught in French. I have the feeling that the second refuse is even worse than the first one and Im confused of how my application can be that bad...

Im thinking of giving my 3rd demand and these are somethings I want to do to improve my case :
- Pay for the first semestre fee
- Add my dad’s work contract
- write a stronger letter
- Take back all the document of Real estate

Can someone tell me if I still have a chance getting my study permit and how do you guys think about my second refuse. It will be so nice hearing from you. Im exhausted of being sad right now..

order the caips notes. search this forum on how to do so

as for same background part i dont think its likely unless you two are actually siblings

as such it is misleading. maybe he had something extra that you didnt which caused you to be rejected

Thank you for your response. And what I mean same background here is the facts that we are from a same country with the same work perpestives, he has the same actual professional status with me. So I just wondering how can I be rejected with those reasons..

it does not matter if the profiles are same. There is definitely something different in your application and the officer is concerned about it. You should definitely order GCMS notes. Without that you cannot access the internal notes of the officer. Once, you have you can draft a letter of explanation addressing all the issues. Thank you so much for your repply. I did order the GCMS Notes and Im also considering to defer my courses to the next session in Winter 2020. I heard that I should take a break before re-apply. I dont know if that's right? Can you tell me about it please?

make sure entering in winter is really the right choice. a lot of universities dont offer certain courses in winter

theres no need to take a break before you re-apply so long as you can answer the rejection refusal properly. theres still time for fall 2019 anyway since theres more than a month to go and u can go through sds which is generally faster since you are from vietnam

Hi Thanks for your repply. Well, im vietnamese but im studying in France, so I just cant go under SDS..
