2 questions.....Provisional File Number from CIC London....and study in canada.?

Hi all,

I have received a letter from CIC london last week by mail. The letter included a provisional file number and mentioned that there is an ongoing parliament new rule with regard to immigration.
Note: i applied from Dubai, UAE.

The Provisional file number is showing my online status "in process" on the cic website, now my question is, does this mean it is being processed, or they may not continue with it after the new list by minister is published ?


second part: i am planning to go to canada for Master degree study, are there any conflict might happen between my immigration file and student visa for studying in canada ?

I think, You need to cancel the provisional CIC number to start study in Canada because it could be problem for you. For more help visit here http://study.result.pk/study-abroad/study-canada/
