2) questions bout work history and self wmployed contracting

So I have looked and looked on the CIC website and for some reason cant find the relevant pages about provinf work history.

1) Am I right in remebering that to prove my work history I just need a signed letter from HR on company letter head with adress stating what my roles and responsibilities plus salary were?

2) Self employed contracting - my wife was a self employed contractor so she just needs to prove her incorporation and letter from clients


Any answers or directions to relevant CIC pages would be great thanks.

P.S still tossing up ontario as I dont really have any ties apart from the fact that my head office for my current job in BC is there so I have been there a couple of times. I'm only on 410 though and not that hopeful that score will drop.

There is a standard set of documents that you would require for proving work exp. Are you applying for CEC or FSW category ?
