2 questions about study visa

First, I applied on 6th Nov, general Category, online. Medical passed and started reviewing on 28th Nov. It has been 5 weeks since I applied. The class starts on 2/1 and not much time is left. Do you think how long I'll have to wait?

Here is my profile:
B.Eng (3.27/4), TOEFL 103.
Going to M.Sc, Computer Science, McMaster University.
Funded by research scholarship and teaching assistant.

Second, they will send email to me in working hours in UET timezone, right?
