Points for education for spouse will not add up unless u have a WES ECA report for it.. so if you want those extra points then apply for a era report for your spouse.

What is +2?
Secondary school?
It doesn't add up, you only get points for highest education.
CRS – Spouse or common-law partner factors (if applicable)

Secondary school (high school) credential 2

its clearly mentioned in CIC website

no one can answer my queries ? Huh

Expecting a Expert advice...
your question is already answered. Your spouse will be able to get point for her highest study what eveer its. If it is 10th or +2, to get that point you need to do ECA (Education credential assessment) by one of those three approved agencies by CIC and only then you will get points for the 10th or +2. Hope it makes sense buddy.
