2 pieces of ID for citizenship - problem

After reading another post, I just noticed a mistake in my application. The app is still in transit by the way, and hasn't reached Sydney yet.

For the 2 pieces of ID that they required it said I can supply a passport, drivers license or health card.
I suppled my passport because of the bio pages they required. And i supplied my license and health card as well for the 2 pieces of ID. However, I noticed that my health card expired in March 2014.

So technically my passport and drivers license are still valid for the 2 pieces of ID, as the passport photocopy is serving two purposes - one of the 2 IDs as well as the bio page.

Does anyone know that sending an expired Health Card will reject and return the application?

Nope you are good! Btw dont health card for Canadian PR and citizen have no expiry?

They do expire. Just checked my BC Service Card (that's what the new cards are called), expires in 5 years from date of issue. If you don't have a new health card yet, you will get one when you renew your driver's license next time, and it will be renewed every 5 years along with your driver's license

Thanks everyone! Pressure off my mind.

And you're right, Ontario health card expires. However I never got any notification and my license expires in 2019. So I'll have to go in and manually get it renewed!
