2 Passports ITA What to scan ?

Got ITA with old passport. (has visas & entry/exit stamps)

Got a new passport. (no visas or entry/exit stamps)

Just needed to confirm below:

1) No need to upload blank pages.

2) Do i need to upload visas & entry/exit stamps of old passport ?

Btw any ideas on -what is the DPI required for scanning documents to PDF ? Whats the minimum DPI required by CIC ?
