2 NOCs (4131 & 2175 ) & Wrong dates filled by mistake.

Hi,
I submitted the application in London.

Experience is :

NOC 4131 (IT Instructor in Private Technical Institute in INDIA, experience 29 months)
NOC 2175 (Web Developer in UK (1 year )
NOC 2175 (Web Developer in India 1 year)

Questions are :
1. Just want to know is it required to have all experience in on particular field ??? or we can add all experience ?? As above described, will there be a problem as I changed the profession from NOC 4131 to NOC 2175 ???

2. By mistake I typed wrong month and year in start date of first Job. what should i do to sort this out ???
(Just submitted the application form with fees , NO OTHER DOCUMENTS are requested and submitted yet )

hi,
better to inform in writing with a letter to yr VO before the Vo looks at yr file & doc.

call them and email them about your honest mistake... then tell that you will send a notarized affidavit (explanation) why it happened.
