I saw the status for my grandmom says acceptance letter on Nov.1 2013 and we waited the whole month include now we just did not receive the letter. I phoned cic several times and when I reach to the representative application step I always got refuse by the agents. At the first time i call in December 4 2013 (I just can't wait anymore and I asked on another forum about what to do, they said just phone cic and ask so I did), the agent said I need the representative form to move on the next step (it is the second time for my grandmom to come canada, the first time extend acceptance letter came quickly I did not wait much SO when I applicate for my grandmom I did not fill the repre. form) and she said I can either email or send as mail to them. I choose email and send to them on Dec 4 2013. I knew it takes time and I call during the mid december, the agent said he did not see any rep form in the list so refuse me again. I just feel affraid of get refuse everytime when I call cic, and my question is really simple: when I could receive my grandmom's acceptance letter? I checked the status for this application is closed. Is this why they did not receive my representive form? and how can I ask without refuse base on the application closed? I really want to know how. Please someone please tell me what should I do.
One more question, my grandmom plans to leave canada and back to her country on April 2014 will she eligible to buy flight ticket without the acceptance letter? and will she detain by customs? Waiting online. Thank you so much for every replies.
