Hey Everyone, I have a full time job as Video Editor(40 hrs a week) and I also work as a cashier at a restaurant(16 hrs a week). Will I be able to reach 1 year work experience sooner? Or the part time work hour doesn't count.

CEC or FSW? If you have a full time job then once you reach one year you are eligible. You need at least one year (days) of experience. What NOC Is cashier because that may not be skilled work experience which is not eligible.
No, you won't.
First of all, a cashier is not a skilled job. Secondly, you cannot work more hours to achieve the 1 year of work experience sooner. You need to have 52 separate weeks of work experience where you work a minimum of 30 hours in a skilled job. So the fastest you can achieve this is 12 months.
Thank You @Naturgrl & @scylla. I also have one more query. I got my first full time job(fullfillment associate) in Amazon in Nov 2021. Worked till Jan 2022. From Feb - Present I'm working as Video editor. This November, will I be eligible for CEC and also get 1 year job experience job point in my Express entry profile?
Then no it doesn’t count. You are eligible with one year Canadian experience in February 2023.
I just noticed that I edited by post to NOC C but your quoted post was NOC D. So, Just wanted to make sure if it's the same for NOC C too.
It's the same.
Only NOC A, B and 0 work experience counts.
NOC C and D work experience does not count.
