2 Full time jobs / BCPNP

Hi Everyone

I am holding PGWP valid until last of 2016. I am working on 2 full time jobs 40hrs/week on first and 30hrs/week on second in BC(GVA). Both of my jobs fall under NOC B under different job titles. My second employer(30hrs/week) is agree to give me all paper work required for BC PNP.

My question is that can i work on 2 full time jobs if i want to apply for pnp or do i need to resign from other job ?

I met many immigration lawyers they have different views regarding this. Some of them told that i can apply while working on both jobs but once pnp get approved then i need to resign from other job. Others told me that i cannot work on 2 full time jobs if i want to apply for pnp.

Anyone on the same boat ??

you can work both jobs and use one to apply. its doesnt matter. even after ur nomination u can still keep both jobs. u just have to ensure u are still working at the one who u applied under. thats all they care about
