2.5 years foreign experience

Dear All,

I want to claim 2.5 years of my experience. Can I get maximum points as 3 years of foreign experience.

I have received ITA, I have created my profile with 5 years of experience. after going through the NOC requirements, I re-assessed that I can only claim experience of 2.5 years.

2.5=2 years not 3 yesrs.
Why do you think you can't claim the other 2.5 years though?

I am not getting the reference letter from employer as per the requirements of NOC. The employer gave me reference letter with the job description which are unrelated to the NOC. although I tried to convince him.

Further, One year I have also worked under the designation coming in NOC title list with one of the employers who now closed the business and any of its administrative activities are being carried out by group personnel. The group representative gave me reference letter without mentioning her designation. THough all requirements are fulfilled. Will this be acceptable by VO.
