I am having trouble understanding this for the past year. I have the following experience and background:
1 Year Housekeeping Supervisor (NOC-Eligible)
1.5 Years Financial Sales Representative (NOC-Eligible)
When I apply through the express entry and I put I have 1 year experience in only ONE NOC, it shows me I am ineligible even though I have 2.5 years of SKILLED EXPERIENCE in 2 different NOCs.
Forums online mention that as long as I have 2 years of experience and get 68 POINTS on the FSW grid, then I am all good, but does the FSW only look at 1 NOC instead of both of them together.
I have also heard stories where people have been eligible even though they have 1 year of continuous experience in 1 NOC and 1.5 in another NOC. These are the possibilities.
If the FSW looks at 1 NOC then my points are 66 (which makes me INELIGIBLE)
if the FSW looks at 2 NOCs then my points are 68 (which makes me ELIGIBLE)
I want to learn this once and for all so I can submit my application finally.
My questions is: Does the FSW only look at 1 NOC or I can add both of them towards my score above 67 points?
