1st AOR - File return - unique issue

I have raised this query in another thread but i am creating a separate thread for those who have got there file due to minor issues.....



i need your help regarding to my case .... my application was received on April 12th, 2010 in CIO.

on 31st MAy they issued a letter stating that "YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE USE OF REPRESENTATIVE FORM [IMM5476]. PLEASE COMPLETE THE HIGHLIGHTED SECTIONS IN THE FORM" letter also states that "SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO RESUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS LETTER AND ATTACHED APPENDICES WITH YOUR APPLICATION"

I have received this letter today after more than a month delay..... post office stamp on envelop shows, the letter receiving date as 28th June 2010....

my NOC is 0213 which has been removed from new NOC list on 26th June.

now what should i do?..... should i reapply with additional form which they require? but problem is that the letter is more than 1 month old (when new changes were not introduced). will they going to consider my file?? ....i m v much confused..... need your suggestions..

I suggest you to take a chance, apply with the letter that you have recd from CIO. If they accept ur application, its fine, if they dont, they will return application fees.....

Do exactly what they asked for, fill out the form and return it with the letter as suggested. Your lock in date is pre-June 26th, 2010 mean that the new rule will not be apply to you. Do not waste your time asking help please just send it in.

it is postal delay only u should do exactly what they asked u to do.it is golden chance for u, not many people will get this kind of chance now.

In your case you are not taking any risk. Sometimes in life you just have to be positive to accomplish things and remember that most of our friends here did not have the same experience like you but they just want to help as best as they can. This put everybody in the situation where you cannot trust 100% everything on this forum. One thing you have to remember after all you need to trust your gut and do stuffs by yourself and by being afraid to make a decision...

Thanks for your help and support ... i will definately try my luck and go for it ....... it seems there is no harm to take that chance and i am sure that any one who has got common sense can understand the scnerio ...................

What are the steps after the submission of the application to FSW/CIC - Sydney.

FSW / CIC -Sydney -have deducted my procession fee application, and how do I check what is the next steps to take or prepared for.

FSW / CIC-Sydney had not informed me as to yet of the application, and what does AOR stands for.

this form is only required if u are applying through someone, if got letter in you address that means you are not using any repres. please let me know the scenario?

I m not using any agent, it was a misunderstanding i think. and i m trying to clear it on cover letter. lets hope that they will accept it

AOR stands for Acknowledgment of Receipt. u will get your AOR with in couple of months .... hope for the best

So, that means, even if you don't have hire any consultant, you have to file the Rep.form?

Apply immediately. You will get through. Do not forget to include the letter which you got from CIC and a photocopy of post office stamp envelop which shows the letter receiving date as 28th June 2010. It will make your case strong and the new rules will not affect your case.
