18 months work permit extension for PGWP

Hi guys,

My PGWP will be expired in July. I submitted my CEC EE application on April 2020 and still waiting for the final result so I decided to apply for the 18 months PGWP extension.

I have some questions about the question 3, should I choose apply for a work permit with same employer or apply for the work permit for the first time or with a new employer?

Under what type of working permit I am applying for, should I choose open work permit or post graduation work permit ?

They asked me to upload my upfront medical examination. Could I just upload the one I submitted for my Express Entry or I need to do it again?

As for the client information, what information I should included in there? Is there a template that I can use ?

You are applying for "apply for the work permit for the first time or with a new employer " even if you have an existing work permit or pgwp.

Under type of working permit, you should choose Open Work Permit.

I cannot reply for the medical but the 2 above is what I did and received the new work permit

You should also upload an LOE stating you are applying for the new policy in the Client Information

Hi Guys,

I got both confirmation emails I am eligible to apply for the extension, however when I log in in my IRCC account I cannot see the opt in option.

I don't really know what to do at this point, I've tried everything.
