16 years education

I have a degree of MCS (16 years education).
What will i consider it a bachelor of Master degree?

As i want to applying for canadian fast track skilled workers.

Also named appeared in my MCS degree as "Muhammad Ahsan Shaikh" whenever my exact name "Muhammad Ahsan Sheikh"

Will it consider by Canadian immigration?

i presume you need a bachelors to do MCS.
if yes, then it is a masters degree.
Since you have 16 years of education (including mcs), then you get 22 points.
