16 days since I mailed my passport for Visa Stamping. No response yet. Am I cooked?

Indian passport. Renewed work permit. Approved TRV. Mailed passport to Ottawa visa stamping center from Toronto on March 23 (Sunday). It reached the center on March 25 (Tuesday). The website says 14 says "You’ll get your passport back within 14 calendar days". I included a prepaid Canada Post envelope in the package I mailed. I have the tracking number of the return package but it returns an error cause they likely haven't posted it yet.

If my tracking number doesn't come online by tomorrow morning, meaning if they don't post by tomorrow, am I cooked?

What's taking so long? Is there anything I can do? Is there a number I can call? Can I send an email? Can I visit a location?

You can call the IRCC call centre but IMO this will be a waste of time and they won't really be able to tell you anything. You cannot visit the location in person.

The 14 business days is an estimated processing time and not guaranteed. Having said that, hopefully your passport was dropped in the mail today or will be tomorrow if didn't happen today.

Ultimately if your passport doesn't arrive in time you will need to delay your flight.

Is the Indian passport different from the one in London? I am a Londoner and I see many differences here!
