Hi folks,
If I have completed 1560 hours in two years on a Study Permit, am I eligible to apply for PR under the Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry) scheme? Just to clarify that I do work as a research assistant and teaching assistant (student employee) but I am not counting that. I am counting my hours at the same University where I am doing my PhD but as a specialist (Staff Employee) and I have more than 1560 hours in two years. So do I qualify for Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry)?
The second question is about continuity. I was hired in May 2022, so do I need to show these hours between Jan 1st to Dec 30, or it can be in a span of 365 days, irrespective of months?
