Well that's good, the cutoff is lower than I thought it would be. If you are sitting under 450 you need to really think about how you are going to increase your score. Whether that's taking courses to increase your language score or taking post graduate programs at a Canadian college. The harsh reality is starting to set in that the score might never go under 450 but there are many ways to increase your score.
I feel particularly bad for the Canadian bachelor degree students sitting at 444 who would have been able to apply for PR pre-2015.

Hurray to all above 456 get going guys..... u gave us hope this time once again to those below 450 to wait and watch.....i am waiting and waiting and waiting at 438!.......it might go up for once but the fact is it has to come down to 431...in very near future... all those above 400 has a chance now.
The thing is PNP getters are not many in numbers
the Job offer has a LMIA problem and not easy
The quota is still not over for 2015
they have to bring down once nearing 400 so that next year they get people to file the PR and enter EE or else the number of profiles will be reduce
just wait and watch last time they invited 1402 and this time 1500 + so they are increasing the numbers....it will reach 2500 per draw and than it shall go down to 400., just have patience all of you its just matter of time. things take time.
