1311 NOC minimum qualification?

Hi Fellas,

I’m opting for 1311 NOC, I’ve qualifications and experience as follows;

Employment started: Apr 2015
3 year WES Bachelor: Sep 2016
4 year WES Bachelor: Mar 2018
Ended employment; Jun 2018

As per minimum requirement for the NOC, it has to be Secondary.

If I mention Sep 2016 for minimum requirement, will my total experience count or only post minimum qualification?

If I mention secondary year 2009, do I need to get my certificates verified
