Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on July 17, 2015 and ending on July 18, 2015 is 1,581.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on July 18, 2015 at 00:04:00 UTC, have been assigned a total of 451 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Congratulations to everyone who got invited. It is evident that the CRS score won't go below 450. However, i wish everyone success

I think CRS will go under 450 but not sure if it goes below 400.
From the next month people who got OOPNP and other PNP applicants will start getting selected, so the scores will go up again.
I believe we will have to wait till November to get the scores down below 450.
