12X9 envalope not availabale

what if i sernd my application in 12X10 (A4) size envalope?
I have tried lot but cand get 12X9 size?
Suggest please today sening my application to CIC canada

my opinion - send a slightly bigger one ( so that documents fit) and explain in a short letter with your application?

buy a bigger envelope, take a ruler and measure 12x9 and cut accordingly, get a good gum and seal it up. its paper isint it. anyway i produced a 12x9 envelope myself.

For what purpose you need 12x9 envelop? Is there any requirement to send this envelop to NS, Sydney, Canada.
I think they are asking only for labels with your address

just send in a reasonable size so that all ur appl fits in.

there is a specific requirement in eg0007 guidline

Does not make any difference which envelope u don't mess up the forms or fold it.
So try if u can get a bigger envelope.
