12-month program & 16 months to finish & PGWP length?

Hi. If my program is 12-month long and I take at least 16 months to finish it. What would be the length of my PGWP?

12 months. The length of a PGWP is based on the program, not how long it took you to finish it. Note that you must also be a full-time student in every semester except the last one, so if your idea was to extend the length by taking part-time classes, that won't work.
