Hi Moonshinemist,Moonshinemist said:Hi..
My consultant has filed 8 applications in the category 1122. All before 5th of July. He claims 3 have been encashed. Other i guess is BD so no update on tht.
He says tht Fee encashement is the next step in PR process.. The Total Number of filled in Application does not mean fee encashement but applications with all documents intact.
So guys dont worry.. all your applications hve surely made it up to the CAP.
There is nothing called waiting for encashment of BD because when they see a BD they would treat is as equivalent to somebody handing out cash to them. So in the context of BD whether the fee encashment happens before or after completeness check does not really matter.Moonshinemist said:Hi..

Arent we are discussing same things again and again. It looks that vicious cycle of anxiety has overtaken this forum,Chill guys relaxed...leave it to destiny ..u did your job by applying to CIO before official announcement of closure.Leave the rest ...have some bears..watch good movies or plan weekend trip to countryside with no acces to internet.Just let it go guys..grimreaper said:There is nothing called waiting for encashment of BD because when they see a BD they would treat is as equivalent to somebody handing out cash to them. I'm sorry that I always play the devil's advocate.. I can't help it myself coz of my long experience in attempting to apply for canada that spans almost 1.5 years till today...
This clearly states the perfect thing(s) to do now.. Hoping the cap to be closed at the earliest..Longhandle said:Arent we are discussing same things again and again. It looks that vicious cycle of anxiety has overtaken this forum,Chill guys relaxed...leave it to destiny ..u did your job by applying to CIO before official announcement of closure.Leave the rest ...have some bears..watch good movies or plan weekend trip to countryside with no acces to internet.Just let it go guys..
Welcome to the forum.. ;Dbrando_jh_kh said:You guys keep talking about the cap being reached and so on. How will one come to know if your application made it through or not.
For instance, as on 10th Aug, it is 419. So doesnt that mean all couriers sent before that date are accounted for. I am basically trying to understand why some people who said their couriers were received on the 8th are worried. Thats all
Thanks
Yes the uncertainty is the worst part - since we have no idea up to which date's applications CIO have opened. It might be useful on their site when they give the totals to also specify up to which date they are opening.Target2012 said:Hi All,
I am a new user in this forum. I just found out the forum. I sent my application on August 2nd and it reached on August 5th. I applied under 1122 category. Before i foung this forum i was happy that my application reached in time and i will be under cap.
But after going to this site pheeeeew :-\ , i am feeling low and sad.
Also i discovered (of course after sending the application) that in one of the form family declaration, i guess you were supposed to write in your native language next to the name.
I just wrote my family names in english did not write their names on the side in my native language. Now i am thinking they will reject my application based on this........................
i am very happy for every one whose cc got charged coz i know how it feels with the uncertainity
