In order to get maximum score in IELTS you need to have
Listening 7.5
Reading, Writing and Speaking 6.5
Do a lot of practise before you appear in test. Subscribe to www.ielts-blog.com. It is very useful site and it sends regular updates of questions being asked in IELTS all over the world and free of cost.
Your target is not difficult to achieve but needs a lot of practice.
