On 11 Jan, I received a message from CIC.
“Based on the information you provided us in your Express Entry profile, we are pleased to invite you to apply for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW). Your overall points score is 512. Your invitation is valid for 90 days from the date of this message.”
The 512 point is based on the fact that I completed a post-graduate degree in Canada. However, as of 11 Jan (the date of the letter from CIC), my letter of completion is still being processed by my university.
So technically speaking, at the time of the letter, my “CRS – Human Capital – Level of Education” is not valid. I did not expect to get the ITA actually since I was preparing for my BC PNP application. However, 90 days from 11 Jan, when I have the letter of completion, the 512 is valid. In fact, right now, my total score is only 433.
I do not know which is the right scenario. I would really appreciate your advice.
