need help sa baby ko

naka receive napo ang asawa ko sa Pilipinas ng passport request, ngaun po yung baby ko nagrequest din kami ng proof of citizenship.

ang problema ko po is pano po mkakaalis ang baby ko? kc once na lumabas visa ng asawa ko wala parin pong(canadian certificate)para makakuha ng passport ang anak ko.7 to 14 month ang processing.

at nka recive din po ng mail ang misis ko from manila embasy na may laman na mga orginal id and goverment documents na was included sa application for proof of citizenship. wala namn pong letter na nakalagay if canceled or deny ang application. nkalagay lang is the above application was enclosed together whithe folowing: father citizenship certs,marriage certs, prenatal record and more.... sa huli nkalagay po is the embassy does not have access to your case status. dapat poba kami magalala? also candian citizen na po ako.

pede napoba kami magapply ng validity passport?

Hi guys,

New applicant po ako and ako lng po ngprocess ng application pro mdyo complicated po kc case ko bka pde nyo ko help. I have an ongoing annulment so i wrote a letter stating that i wouldnt be including my husband in my application thus i cant provide all the necessary documents required of him then I attached my certification from my lawyer stating my ongoing annulment case. Is that sufficient enough? Plus I need to fill up the custody form with his signature on it allowing me to take my daughter to canada but of course he will not agree to sign so my lawyer gave me an affidavit stating that as per Phil law child under 7 yrs should be under the custody of her mother. I attached that but I don't knw what to write in the cover letter regrdg my child's custody. Should I just write pls see attached affidavit from my lawyer abt my child's custody?
