10 year history data that needs to go in Personal history starts from the day you get your ITA....not from the day you make Express entry profile....

Since ITA and not from application date? Does this mean if you move countries between ITA date and application date it is not reported?

I think they assume you aren't going anyway between those dates, or at least between maybe the week or so you complete the travel history forms and upload/send the application.

If you know you'll go travelling between the forms and app submission add it in with future dates.
