10 years education gap. What is the possibility of getting student visa?

Hi All,

I have a Bachelor degree in IT completed in 2006 and Diploma course in 2008. Now I want to study further either a PG course or Masters degree in Canada. What is the probability of getting Student visa?

My Profile:

10th Std : 85%
12th Std : 89%
Degree : 69%
Diploma in Mgmt(Distance Education) : 63%

Any advice is highly appreciated
