#10 ON imm008 - Current Country of Residence

Hello All,

On #10 on the IMM008 form, Current Country of Residence, I am a resident of Canada on a pg work permit.
So do I mention Status = Worker? Also in the dates field, is it ok to enter ONLY the From field or the To field also needs to be entered?
