Hi guys,
This is my first post and I really hope someone can help me.... I'm applying for the IEC 1 yr working holiday visa and in the eligibility it states that you have to have been habitually resident in your home country for at least 3 years prior to application and it asks on the form if you've lived more than 6 months outside the UK in the past 5 years. I spent a year and 9 months studying in Germany and while I kept a UK address for all that time (registered with bank, CC company, etc) I of course have to say that I was in Germany. Does anybody know if this will make me ineligible for the program as that would be pretty heartbreaking if it were the case. Any advice would be greatly welcomed. Cheers in advance.
Regards,
Jarvis
