1 year trv extension

Hi, my mom got 1 year trv extension last year then she went back to our home country in August then came back here in canada last February. Her recent extension is valid until July 2023. The question is, is her trv extension is still valid? Or she needs to apply for new extension again?

Her 6 month entry is based on her February entry. An extension gets cancelled once you leave Canada.
