I need some guidance on applying under CIC.

My 1st day of job was Oct 15, 2016 (NOC A) (Full time employment - 44 hours weekly)
I got another opportunity and left the job on Apr 30, 2017

My 2nd job started on May 10, 2017 (NOC "O") (Full time employment 35 hours weekly)

When should I apply under CIC category? Should it be Oct 15, 2017 or longer because of the 9 days gap between jobs?
