1 year of post graduate study in New Brunswick lead to PR!!!

Please help me!
I am coming for 1 year in New Brunswick for 1year of post graduate diploma in internation business.
My question is: Will I get PR with only 1 year of study?
And is International business and management will help me secure a job.
Please help.
I will come in december
