1 Year Canadian experience

Hi,

I have 1 year of a Canadian experience. However, the job was contractual job(1 year contract - 1560+ hrs) from a Company A providing services to Company B(for Whom I was working).

1. does it still considered as 1 year Canadian exp for express entry?
2. where should I mention the 1 year Canadian experience? in work history section? or in intended work in Canada section? - I am mentioning my current job(2 months) in the intended section.

If it was work experience then it goes in the work history section. Contractual arrangements shouldn't be an issue as long as you can prove you worked enough hours in a skilled job.

The question is whether your work was considered employment or self employment. If the former, it qualifies for CEC, if the latter, it does not.

It sounds more like a subcontracting situation.
