1 year canadian experience with unpaid leave

I have query regarding the 2 weeks unpaid leaves during 1 year Canadian experience.

Under Work History in express entry profile, there is an option to check for the current job which to date is now more than 1 year but i do have 2 weeks of unpaid leaves. Don't know how to show in the express entry profile.
However, i have already complete those 2 weeks before creating EE profile.

I see there isn't any option in express entry profile where i can show unpaid leaves and i have to check or select the current Job option.

Is there anything i can do in this regard to let CIC knows about unpaid leaves or
is this fine that i complete extra 2 weeks before creating Express Entry profile ?

You can create two entries or you can explain in a LOE that you've completed this year of work experience even without counting the 2 weeks of unpaid leave.
