1 week since application approved and still not received Letter of Introduction

Hi there,
My application got approved 1 week ago and I still haven't received my Letter of Introduction.
Is this normal?
If you believe I should have received it by now, which Visa office do I email since I am Australian and I have been living/working in UK for the past year?

How did you get to know your application has been approved ? Usually - The POE is the confirmation. CIC doesn't notify other then a POE. Check your messages.. Dont use a phone or Ipad, use a laptop.

Did you get your letter of introduction in the end? How long did you wait?
I have been waiting 3 weeks now and still haven't got it!
