1 month has passed but still didn't got the offerletter.. i applied for fanshawe college may intake 2019 and niagara and conestoga college for September intake 2019. In How many days will i get my offer letter??????

It all depends on the college and your profile. If its very good you can expect early offer letter. Otherwise you will have to wait. Some people get even 1 month before classes start. What's your profile, what are you Applying for.

In Conestoga and fawnshawe you are just above then minimum required and both are giving priority to PR students first. Second both have a equal consideration deadline. Any application till Feb 1st will be considered on a equal basis so any offer letter will only be given after Feb 1. So you will have to wait till February or even March for over letter.
