• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on key performance indicators.
• Recruit, train and develop sufficient staff to meet operating objectives and schedule staff to fit business needs through the effective use and management of ADP ezLabour Manager.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Plans and ensure executions of all promotions are prepared in a timely manner and meet company standards and expectations
• Implement, maintain, and reinforce all audit policies and procedures regarding cash handling, inventory (negotiables), security and service standards.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Develop strategies to grow market share after monitoring trends and competitors
• Handle customer complaints in line with company policy.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories.
• Maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelines.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
