0233E Form: International Student stream - Does the employer have to hand write his signature?

Hi, my employer is helping me to fill out the 0233E form for future application. A signature is required at the bottom of the last page. When clicked on the exclamation mark [!] it says: "Print the completed form and handwrite your signature". Does that mean we have to print the form, sign it then scan it again?
