Please clarify the below.

My job responsibilities are matching with 0213 (Computer & Information System Managers). How ever my job title (Sr.Software Engineer) or designation is matching with software engineers - NOC 2174.

Could someone please advise which NOC (0213 or 2174) code will be more suitable for me.

Job responsibilities is what matters - not job title. So you should pick the NOC that matches your job responsibilities.
