0111 Med/PPR moving very slowly at New Delhi?

Just an observation, it seems that many of us who applied under 0111 and submitted full docs June/July are still waiting for Medical/PPR. I noticed that rocky272727, sanjeevindia, duggalca, ramneek (and myself) all under 0111 and still waiting. Maybe others too...
