❗Should I claim points for all work experience??

My situation is this:
1) I have 1.5 work experience of paid medical internship-I will request a reference letter from them. (plus I already have a letter detailing my postings & an emolument). I believe the duties will match NOC 31102, in this case. I am claiming points for this.

2) I also have another 1.5 year of experience under the same employer - I can get a reference letter & I also have my offer letter, my renewal contract and emolument. But even though my job title is medical practitioner, my duties don't match the NOC code 31102 or even 75% of it, as it was a special circumstance i.e COVID-19 Vaccination Plan only. Can I just add this to "Personal History" and not claim points for it?

3) I have started another job under another employer in October 2022. I requested a reference letter. But I'm not sure whether my duties will match the NOC 31102.Also I have not completed a full year work of at least 37.5 hours/week. I work on a sessional basis and get paid per number of patients examined. Can I just add this to "Personal History" instead?

Overall:
Can I just add my paid internship in my "Work history" and the rest in my "Personal history"? Because for number (2) My duties don't match the NOC code & (3) My duties may or may not match the NOC code, but I have not completed a full year yet.

If I add only my paid internship, my CRS score is still at 512.
