I applied for TR TO PR Pathway under temporary public policy in 2021.
However I withdrew my application because I didn’t have all the correct uploaded documents.
I received a confirmation from IRCC stating my application was withdrawn and there was an “Application number” at the top.
however I am now eligible for Express entry and applying but the question.
“Have you applied for PR Before.
Do I answer yes or no??
As TR to PR was a temporary public policy and not a direct PR Application.
