İ want to apply to Canada tourist visa but my sister is refugee in Canada.

Hello.I b , am from turkey.İ Have work permit and i am currently working in germany.İ want to apply for visitor visa for Canada.But my sister is refugee in canada from 3 years.
She got her PR
My question is,In my application for visitor visa,should i give any information about her and give details or should i say nothing.

When i apply for student visa 2 years ago it is rejected.

If the application asks about family members in Canada, you have to answer honestly or you’ll be committing misrepresentation. And that results in all sorts of problems for you now and pretty much indefinitely in the future.
