Very rational, those that need to travel internationally for work need to be scrutinized heavily. Also very rational system to maintain an archaic system where they don't properly log entries and exits in to the country. Better to create more useless work for everyone in preparing a worldwide...

Are there any March 2021 paper applicants that still don't have anything shown as completed? It seems things are progressing fast for people that first became in PR sometime after 2015 or so... I hope someone can say I'm wrong to give me some hope. I got AOR in May 2021, but it says ...
