    2nd stage is basically abount Biometrics, Medical and Criminality. So, only you know better about these things than anyone. If you think there is no problem in these things you will be approved.

    They will reassess for eligibility only if u change your course/course duration or DLI. Otherwise you are good to go. They wont reassess stage 1.
